Our Local Athletics team (#teamfare) is heading in with a strong advantage for the National Championships with fantastic results from our athletes at the WA State Championships.
The commitment throughout the year from our athletes as well as new members joining has made a fantastic atmosphere for an athletic environment. The effort the athletes put in is remarkable and is reflected from their outstanding results throughout the year(s). The ongoing achievements are amazing from the team and they are lead by our well respected couch Dennis Fare, with results from the athletes that just seem to get better and better.
KYRA (18 years old): Competing in under 20 women’s 400m and 800m.
This is Kyra’s third Nationals appearance and is already a favourite. What an outstanding representative for Western Australia!

ARCHIE (18 years old): Competing in under 20 men’s 110m Hurdles.
Another outstanding performance from this young athlete. Holding his position in the State with Silver, he is ready to set his best at nationals

THOMAS (15 years old): Competing in under 17 mens 110m Hurdles. Thomas has recently secured the Bronze Medal for Western Australia. A very strong hurdler with passion and a tremendous drive to do better.

BLAKE (17 years old): Competing in under 2O mens Shot Put. He picked up the Silver medal in the WA Championships, Blake has had a strong season and is ready for the national event.

NOAH (18 years old): Competing in under 20 mens 400m Hurdles and 400m sprint. Noah’s performance at the WA state championships was outstanding. You can see the desire in Noah and that he will pressure the field to his advantage.
