MILES (20 years old): Competing in the open men’s 2kg Discus field events.
Competing throughout the Little Athletics program and then moving onto the Western Australian open Athletics competition, STRIVE. Persistence and continuously working on his strength and technique has giving him the opportunity to compete Nationally.

KYRA (17 years old): Competing in under 18 women’s 200m Sprint, 400m, 800m, Long Jump and Triple Jump.
An amazing young athlete that has just come onto the open athletic circuit from the cross country program where Kyra was also making waves nationally. Now she is competing in 5 events for the National Athletics competition.

ARCHIE (17 years old): Competing in under 18 men’s 110m Hurdles.
This young man has performed with some fantastic results to qualify himself for the National Event. Archie has been running hurdles only for a short time and being a difficult event he has proven himself to be a major contender already for the Nationals.

THOMAS (14 years old): Competing in under 16 mens 200m Hurdles and 100m Hurdles. Currently Winning the 200m and 100m Hurdles for the 2024 WA State Athletics Championships, Thomas has a massive opportunity moving into the the National competetion. The hurdles are a difficult event which requires a lot more skill which is why it is a niche event. Thomas has mastered the hurdles skill and has competed with great results against the WA competition, including elder competitors. Thomas also transfers this speed and power into his sprint events.
